What you may do with generated audio depends on the terms of the specific tool, and commercial use, resale, and cloning of someone else's voice are treated differently by each provider. Cloning a real person without consent is both a legal and a platform problem, and some platforms expect disclosure of synthetic media.

Practically the quality difference between clips comes from the script and the pacing rather than from the voice model. Short sentences, deliberate punctuation, and one consistent voice across a series read better than switching voices for variety, because listeners adjust to a narrator quickly and notice when it changes between uploads.
