Upload the MOV and hit Convert to MP4. If the video inside is already H.264 with AAC audio, which is true for most iPhone clips, it's simply rewrapped as an MP4 with zero quality loss in a couple of seconds. HEVC clips are re-encoded to H.264 so they play everywhere.

Only if the video has to be re-encoded, and even then it's done at high quality. Files that already use H.264 and AAC are copied packet for packet, so the output is identical to the source. The tool tells you which will happen before you convert.

MOV, WebM, MKV, M4V, OGV and 3GP convert in your browser. Browsers can't read AVI, WMV, FLV or MPEG, so Crayo members can convert those on our servers, where the file is deleted a few hours later.
